Job Title: Operations Officer (NYSC)

Job Summary

• We are seeking for an Operations Officer in Search of a Primary Place of Assignment (PPA) from the current 21B batch of corpers.

Responsibilities

• Monitor valet staff and ensure sufficient staff for managing volume business
• Assist the Valet Supervisor in the smooth running of valet and parking department
• Handle and resolve all customer service issues promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain the department records, establish files and prepare memoranda and reports for the department managers
• Conduct reconciliation with the finance team for the valet staff across all our existing locations.

Requirements

• NYSC LA/21B batch corper.
• HND / B.Sc in any related field.
• 1 year work experience.
• Effective communication skills.

Salary
N50,000 Monthly.
