Job Title: Waiter / Waitress
Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Duties and Responsibilities
- Warmly welcoming guests and taking drink and food orders.
- Staying attentive to the needs of guests in the Restaurant.
- Comply with safety, health and hygiene policies and procedures.
- Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of food and beverage products, menus and promotions.
- Delivering food from the kitchen timely, to the guests in the Restaurant or room service.
- Ensuring the food order is made correctly by kitchen staff and looks presentable for guests.
- Greet and escort customers to their tables.
- Present menu and provide information and menu recommendations upon request.
- Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware and glasses and maintain a tidy dining area
- Up-sell additional products when appropriate..
- Provide excellent customer service to guests.
Qualifications
- At least two years experience in the role is compulsory
- Candidate should possess relevant qualification.
- Staff must be able to read and write.
- High moral character and integrity.
- Fluency in English Language, ability to communicate in clear and concise terms, smart dress sense and demeanor.
