Job Title: Human Resource Officer
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Assist with all internal and external Hr related inquiries or request.
- Assist with performance management procedures.
- Perform orientation and update records of new staff.
- Assist with Hr projects.
- Investigate complaints brought forward by employees.
- Assist with the recruitment processes by identifying candidates, performing reference check and issuing employment contracts.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Qualifications
- B.A in Businesses Administration or related field.
- 2-3 years proven experience as an Hr Officer
- Excellent communications and people’s skills.
- Good knowledge of employment/labour law.
