Job Title: Chef
Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary
- Responsible for all food production including food used for buffet & private functions. Develop menus, food purchase specifications, and recipes.
- Develop and monitor the food budget for the kitchen. Maintain the highest professional food quality and sanitation standards.
Requirements
- Minimum of an SSCE certificate
- Qualification in Culinary Arts from an accredited culinary school is preferred
- 5 – 8 years experience as a Chef
- Must be able to read and write in English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and process management skills.
