Location: Lagos (Remote)

Job Description

  • Our client is currently looking for a Business Development Manager, who will help with the growth and advancement of the business, increase the revenue of the organization, build a strong clientele and develop the sales and marketing department amongst other things.

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify business opportunities and perform market research to determine new business lead and potential projects.
  • Contribute to the growth and profitability of the business by supporting the organization’s partners and driving the meeting of the overall set sales target.
  • Work with sales target set, to ensure sales goals are met and exceeded for each duration.
  • Represent and promote the organization by acting as a relationship manager with customers and clients, acting as an information resource for the full range of the organization’s products and services.
  • Develop and implement annual sales and marketing plans for the organization.
  • Develop an annual marketing budget across all marketing platforms for the company and manage the budget.
  • Ensure the flow of business occurs seamlessly by coordinating field activities and directing businesses to the appropriate servicing of the organization
  • Act as a problem solver to implore organization efficiency and effectiveness by highlighting opportunities for improvement.
  • Generate new clients and business relationships to ensure new business projects are identified.
  • Manage strategic alliance and partnership by securing corporate business relationships through effective client and partnership management to identify and ensure best-suited options for the business.
  • Lead business development team according to set objectives and initiate market analysis, review processes and ensure management team is kept fully up to date.
  • Conduct detailed market research to understand and gather intelligence about competitors’ companies.

Job Requirements

  • B.Sc / HND in any other relevant field.
  • At least 5 years relevant experience in Business Development/sales
  • Good knowledge of managing a department
  • Good knowledge in tech sales and marketing.

Salary
N250,000 – N280,000 / month.
