Job Title: Purchasing Specialist, E-Pharmacy

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

The Role

• As a fundamental member of the E-Pharmacy Team, you will play a significant role in contributing to the growth and success of Vezeeta.
• This is a position that will see you gain experience and skills in a wide range of areas as well as working at the forefront of the health-tech industry.

Responsibilities

• Optimize cosmetics inventory per levels to avoid stockouts and reduce waste
• Oversee controlled substances ordering and required documentation Monitor, communicate, and manage drug shortages Lead and attend periodic cosmetics inventory count
• Attend newly branch stock preparation and stock count
• Update changes in cosmetics and items prices and communicates it on daily basis in order to be applied on the master list

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (Purchasing, Retail Management certificate would be an advantage)
• Desktop computer, telephone, email, and instant messaging system
• 1 year of prior buying or related experience Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills
• A curiosity to learn and a willingness to adapt as new and different challenges emerge.
• Solid interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
