Job Title: Recovery Officer

Location: Abule Egba, Lagos
Employment Type: Contract
Department: Collection

Job Duties / Responsibilities

• Call or reach out to deliquent customers who borrowed loans in a professional and ethical manner.
• Via phone calls, send mails and sms to the overdue customer.
• Make use of the collection system to submit accurate and detailed report of work done.

Job Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND / OND / NCE qualification.
• Minimum of 1 year work experience.

Salary
N40,000 – N80,000 monthly
