We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Management Information System Officer – Admin Dept
Location: Town Planning Ilupeju – Lagos.
Job Description
- Collation and analysis of all admin-related information for all SPAR stores nationwide.
- Information dissemination and record-keeping in central admin (Head Office)
- Design of formats for record-keeping and directing/training of store admin officers on the same work operation.
- Central Admin information bank; collation of minutes of periodic and emergency meetings (internal and external meetings)
- Monitoring vital parameters like, energy consumption, (especially diesel) and reporting on the same.
- Registration and follow-up of complaints from stores nationwide.
- Daily, weekly and monthly reporting on various admin-related activities (e.g. daily diesel consumption, complaints from stores and residences, fire management, expense reports, KPIs, energy reports.
- Digital documentation of all admin-related information.
Requirements
- Candidate should be very good with the use of Microsoft Excel
- Understand Management Information System
- Good communication – both written and oral
- Male candidates only
Salary Range
N70,000 – N90,000 / Month.
