Job Title: Food and Beverage Manager

Location: Lagos Island,  Lagos

Job Description

• Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
• Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
• Ensure that all dishes are cooked well and presented in an aesthetically pleasing manner.
• Oversee food preparation, kitchen staff and all kitchen operations
• Design exceptional menus and continuously make necessary improvements
• Identify customers’ needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
• oversee and manage the F&B team by training and appraising talented personnels
• Provide report to management regarding sales results and productivity
• Maintain positive customer relationships, process complaints, and respond to customer needs
• Create and enforce restaurant policies, targets, and KPIs.
• Plan, forecast and execute food and beverage orders
• Check food and beverage supplies and place orders when needed
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 3 years of experience in the hospitality or catering industry, with an emphasis on food and beverages.
• In-depth knowledge of the food industry.
• Strong working knowledge of related computer software, including restaurant management software.
• Ability to adhere to budgets and meet financial targets.
• Exceptional organizational, leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to forecast food and beverage needs.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Salary

• N100,000 Monthly.
