Job Title: Price & Cost Control Manager

Location: Lekki, Lagos

About this Role

• We are looking for a food business pricing & cost control expert with in-depth knowledge & experience in the field.
• As a Food and Beverage cost controller, you are primarily responsible for calculating costs of food and beverage items and also responsible for the short and long-term planning of the F&B controlling and pricing aspects.

Detailed Information

• Monitoring and updating cost estimates for projects to ensure that costs are within expected ranges.
• Reviewing expense reports to ensure that expenses are reasonable and appropriate for the circumstances.
• Coordinating with other departments accounting, and finance to ensure that all costs are accurately tracked.
• Conducting cost analyses to identify areas where costs can be reduced or eliminated altogether.
• Monitoring budgets to ensure that spending does not exceed approved levels.
• Collecting cost data from suppliers or subcontractors to track material costs.
• Preparing reports to management regarding costs and expenses.
• Preparing bid estimates for new projects or bids on existing projects.
• Managing supplier relationships to ensure that the company is receiving quality products at competitive prices.

Preferred Requirements

• 2+ years experience.
• Must have worked in a similar position.
• Tech-savvy & analytical.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Experience with data entry.
• Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Problem solver.
• Excellent communication skills (written & oral).
• High level of honesty & integrity.
