Job Summary
- To learn, grow and provide support to the different IB initiatives as spearheaded by the Team Leads of the different IB areas.
Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements
- Build robust financial models
- Perform valuation analysis for various sectors
- Prepare marketing & statutory transaction documents including information memoranda, teasers, prospectuses, scheme documents among others
- Preparing client presentations and pitch books
- Carry out research on various sectors to support transaction origination and execution
Job Requirement
- 2 – 3 years of Corporate Finance in a reputable investment book or top tier consulting firm.
