Greenstad Projects Limited is a leading environmental consulting, development advisory and training firm comprising of multidisciplinary team of experts with requisite project experience and proficiency in environmental studies and management, development studies, civil/geological project management, engineering, geographic information systems, occupational health and safety.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Environmental Project Manager

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Manage and oversee small to large, technically complex projects involving environmental site investigation, interpretation/understanding of environmental regulations, remediation system design, construction, operation, and maintenance;
• Prepare technical work plans, proposals, including cost estimates and work scopes and schedules;
• Manage technical, budgetary and schedule performance to achieve client satisfaction and repeat business;
• Act as a liaison with Federal and State regulatory personnel, including meetings and onsite inspections of project sites;
• Manage staff – consultants/contractors, including oversight of multiple projects and project teams simultaneously
• Attend meetings with clients and responsible agencies, presentation of analysis methods and results;
• Business development including proposal preparation and lead/participate in client presentations;
• Drive aggressive campaign geared towards increasing the Company’s clientele, etc.

Requirements

• A First Degree in Environmental Science, Engineering or any related discipline.
• A Postgraduate Degree in any related discipline is an added advantage.
• Membership of relevant professional bodies
• 5 years experience in the environmental consultancy – experience in donor funded project is an advantage.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have strong attention to details and great leadership ability;
• Must have a deep understanding of local and regional laws bordering around the environment;
• Must have a very strong interpersonal skill.

Salary
N100,000 – N120,000 / month.
