Ascentech Services Limited – Our client, a leading company in the Manufacturing sector is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Assistant Manager, Account Receivable

Location: Ilupeju, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Hands on experience in accounting and financial treatments
  • Manage team for performing payables on time
  • Funds planning on daily basis and execute payments with performing due diligence on payment documents
  • Knowledge on VAT and WHT laws application
  • Posting and processing journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
  • Manage all Bank reconciliations on weekly basis for multiple bank accounts
  • Cross functional liaison for meeting objectives
  • Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports.
  • Maintain banking security and approval limits
  • Assist with other accounting projects.
  • Highly efficient in MS Excel
  • ERP proficiency needed

Requirements
Mandatory Requirements the candidate should meet:

  • Education: ICAN (Individual who have graduated between 2015 to 2017
  • Experience: Post ICAN experience of 5 to 7 years
  • Age: should not be more than 35 years
