We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: E-Business Officer

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • We are seeking a highly motivated E-Business Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the electronic channels of the bank and promoting our products and services to existing and potential customers.
  • The E-Business Officer will work closely with the IT department and other stakeholders to ensure that our electronic channels such as the USSD, POS, Mobile Apps and other E-Channel platforms are fully functional and user-friendly.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase the usage of our electronic channels.
  • Monitor the performance of our electronic channels and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure that our electronic channels are fully functional and user-friendly
  • Train and support customers in the use of our electronic channels.
  • Promote our products and services to existing and potential customers
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Analyse customer behaviour and feedback to inform decision-making
  • Collaborate with the IT department and other stakeholders to ensure that our electronic channels are secure and compliant with relevant regulations.
  • Prepare reports on the performance of our electronic channels and present findings to senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of electronic channels such as Pos, Mobile App, USSD, etc.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
