We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) FullStack App Developer (Remote)

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time

Job Responsibilities

• As a Mobile App Fullstack Developer, you will be responsible for architecting, developing, and maintaining high-quality mobile applications for both iOS and Android.
• You will also support the backend RESTful services and APIs that serve the mobile application.
• Operate in a Scrum/Agile environment, working towards quality code and quality products
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of mobile applications
• You will be working closely with product, engineering and business stakeholders to build innovative, user-friendly, and high-performance mobile application
• You will help build this new application from the ground up
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
• Work on bug fixing and improving application performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• Candidates will have 3+ years of mobile development experience as well as experience working specifically on React Native and Redux (2+ years)
• Must have 1+ years minimum experience in C#
• Deeply understand REST API and offline storage
• Solid understanding of the React Native ecosystem and its core principles
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• .NET Standard (or .NET Core), ASP.NET MVC, Web API, LINQ, SQL Server and Visual Studio
• Experience with REST services integration in mobile clients
• Experience creating native and cross-platform mobile apps
• Ability to translate a beautiful UI/UX design into solid, high-performing code
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, including store policies, publishing, deployments, and provisioning
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to learn and apply new ideas quickly
• Experience working in a cloud-hybrid environment or AWS is a plus
• Off-hours support may be needed at times

Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 / Month.

2.) UX / UI Designer

Job Location: Remote
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• We are on the lookout for a UX/UI Designer to join ourteam to help design and redesign their existing core products, implement core features and spearhead UX/UI best practice within the business.

Role

• Collaborate with Product Owners and Business Analysts to review existing software, and produce new designs and features
• Responsible for UX best practice strategy
• Responsible for creating and maintaining Style Guides and Component Library for products
• Collaborate with UI Designers, Developers and other members of the cross functional team
• Produce wireframes, prototypes and mock-ups
• Responsible for developing UCD and customer journeys
• Own the UX/UI Design process and have compelte autonomy to influence the design decisions within the business.

Education / Experience

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree, HND or OND qualification
• 3-5 years of experience in UX/UI Design or similar product design role
• Experience with design software such as Figma, Canva, Miro, Adobe Suite or similar
• Prototyping and wireframing experience
• End to end / full life cycle design experience
• Experience working on in-house software products, ideally payroll platforms would be a big advantage, but not essential.
• Ideally a good understanding of web technology and design, or front end tech like HTML / CSS. This is desirable, not essential.

3.) Full Stack Web Developer

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• We are currently looking for an experienced PHP/WordPress, developer to join their team.
• The ideal candidate must have strong technical skills and experience of working on WordPress websites.

Responsibilities

• Develop new websites and maintain existing websites using WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and other web technologies
• Design and develop code for plugins, modules and components
• Ensure website performs effectively and efficiently
• Troubleshoot and debug issues within the website
• Create and maintain documentation
• Provide technical support for WordPress websites

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree, HND, Master’s Degree or OND qualification
• At least 3 years of experience working with PHP/WordPress
• Experience in HTML, CSS and JavaScript, ruby, drupal
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
• Knowledge of SEO best practices
• Experience with MySQL, AJAX and other web technologies
• Experience in designing UI/UX
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

Some of the skills required for this role:

• Vue.js or another similar JS framework
• JavaScript
• HTML / Semantic Structure
• CSS / SCSS
• Experience of front-end web development with focus on UI development
• Interest/knowledge on design practises and usability.
