We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Technical Stores Controller

Main Responsibilities

  • Issue MRO materials from inventory, document such and post the transaction on SAP on time.
  • Conduct scheduled IRA and wall-to-wall count and investigate variances.
  • Put-away returned (un-used) materials in storage racks and update SAP records and locations accordingly.
  • Generate daily SAP printouts for all entries logged in the issuance booklet, reconcile and file as per documentation procedure.
  • Maintain the right storage standards for inventory items.
  • Report daily zero-stock items by running ZMMEU19Q on SAP.
  • Arrange & deliver to assets planned materials to reservations.
  • Maintain safety, 6S, LSW, PCS and QMS standards during working time
  • Flag operating supplies that are about to expire
  • Assist team members with queries.
  • Receive all shipments to the mill stores and share update with IMPEX team.
  • Scrutinize the quality of newly delivered MRO materials.
  • Ensure shipments are received correctly into inventory: vets delivery notes, inspect items, sort, put-away in bins, and post receipts on SAP.
  • Ad-hoc tasks as requested by the Technical Stores Leader
  • Liaise with administrative staff, production floor members, team leaders, managers and external customers.
  • Ensure that the right MRO items are ordered in a timely manner, delivered and kept in the right storage locations, while updating such details, real time, on the SAP ERP system.
  • Support the mill teams on queries regarding MRO materials.
  • Ensure compliance to internal control standards
  • Support inventory management strategy inline with Kimberly Clark requirements.

Qualifications

  • Relevant Degrees in Engineering Discipline with 5 years’ experience in FMCG environment.
  • Computer literate – SAP, Microsoft Excel/Outlook/Word
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A sound knowledge and experience of procurement principles and inventory control are key requirements.
