1.) Trade and International Procurement Personnel

Job Description
- Monitor and control the entire procurement process – negotiation and planning
- Plan and track the shipment of equipment according to customer requirements
- Manages activities throughout the order fulfilment and transportation cycle to make sure established deadlines are met
- Initiate procurement process – Material Requisition approval
- Follow-up on purchase orders status; ensure all expected equipment/materials are received in accordance with PO specifications and that all goods are in good condition
- Coordinate with supplier for imports documentation and timely clearing of sea/air shipments
- Manage the accounts of outsourced vendors.
- Coordinate at each stage with suppliers till the goods are received at warehouse
- Create and maintain good relationships with vendors/suppliers
- Negotiate with suppliers on prices, lead-time, delivery and other commercials
- Collaborate with key persons to ensure clarity of the specifications of equipment/materials before procurement
- Complete responsibility of opening of Form M, LC, following with banks on Form m/LC, PAAR, duty payments etc, submission of Bid requests letters, keep track of allocation details, tracking of open obligations – LC/BC
- Co-ordinate with clearing agents on clearing of goods and any issue.
- Responsible for compliance with ISO system for business process.

2.) Service Head
Job Location: Lagos

Job Description
- Accountable for the Service Department P&L and budgetary financial KPI’s set
- Analysing statistics or other relevant data, on a daily/weekly/monthly basis, to determine the level of response and resolution times related to customer equipment faults, reported via the Service department Help Desk, or equipment up time targets set within SLA agreements.
- Accountable for the proactive monitoring of all RPE remotely connected equipment ensuring potential faulty conditions are resolved prior to customer involvement.
- Manage and monitor the collection of all completed JCC’s in a timely manner to prevent invoice delays.
- Manage and monitor daily/weekly activity levels of service technicians to ensure productivity levels match management expectations.
- Manage and monitor service software to resolve Late, Issues and Conflicts in a timely manner.
- Manage and monitor service software to ensure all scheduled work is properly coordinated to minimise service expenses.
- Manage and monitor service software to ensure all scheduled work is covered by a valid Sales Order and is billable.
- Ensure customer projects are planned, managed and implemented on time.
- Create and present a weekly report highlighting efficiency and effectiveness of the service department team, with an action plan to resolve any underperformance.
- Grow existing services revenues while adding new business avenues.
- Accountable to deliver a high quality of Support Services to customers.
- Accountable to forecast and collect in a timely manner all Service revenues.
- Manage and monitor all service-related tasks within the ERP to ensure they are scheduled and closed in a timely manner allowing invoicing to proceed.
- Manage and monitor the contract duration of all SLA agreements so a timely renewal can be proposed, negotiated, secured and implemented.
- Liaise with the sales team to resolve any customer related installation delays.
- Strategies and implement after sales services business plan to ensure the Service Department and individuals adapt as the business grows and expands.
- Accountable for all Service costs, expenses and materials used.
- Responsible for quality of service proposals submitted.

3.) Solar Engineer
Job Location: Lagos

Job Description
- Electrical contractors and services/UPS/Inverter/Servo Stabilizer
- Installation of solar panels and preventive maintenance
- Power auditing
- High quality of support services delivered to customers
- Willing to work as field service engineer and travel extensively
- Update job tickets accurately and on time
- Experience in installation/troubleshooting/maintenance of Numeric UPS and other brands (up to 200kva) and stabilizer (up to 500kva)
- Knowledge in installation of electrical cabling and LV electrical panels
- Prepare technical specifications as per contractual requirements
- Implementation and coordination of electrical projects
- Ensure JCCs are signed by customers and sent to Lagos HQ weekly
- Training junior engineers on repair and installation of UPS systems.
Requirements
