We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Manager (Account)

Location: Agbara, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
School Fees Function:

  • Prepare School Bills for All Students
  • Update Students’ Records
  • Prepare Billing Summary
  • Receive bank tellers and raise receipt via the cash receipt journal
  • Update cash receipt journal
  • Prepare a report of fees and extract the outstanding fees
  • Prepare termly school fees reconciliation

Students’ Population Statistics:

  • Prepares weekly report of students’ population
  • Update students’ class list

Treasury Function:

  • Petty cash reimbursement function.
  • Bank imprest reimbursement function
  • Bank reconciliation function
  • Prepare of cash flow statement.
  • Maintenance of School Bank Account and supporting ledgers

Others:

  • Involved in the school day-to-day running expense decisions
  • Work with the Head of School to prepare the budget
  • Prepare the school’s financial statements.
  • Maintain Fixed Assets register
  • Other tasks as assigned by the Financial Controller and the Head of School

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 5 years experience in either Accounting, Economics, Business Administration.
  • ICAN qualification is an added advantage
  • Previous experience in similar position in a School is an added advantage.
  • Candidates must live within/around the location (Agbara).
