1.) Depot Accountant
Job Location: Kano
Employment Type: Full time
Responsibilities
- Manage all accounting transactions.
- Prepare budget forecasts.
- Publish financial statements on time.
- Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
- Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity
- Audit financial transactions and documents
- Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary.
- Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
- Ensure timely bank payments.
- Compute taxes and prepare tax returns.
- Comply with financial policies and regulations.
Requirements and skills
- B.Sc in Accounting, Finance, or relevant degree.
- Hands-on experience with accounting software like FreshBooks and QuickBooks
- Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables.
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.

2.) Export Sales Manager (French Speakers Only)
Job Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities
- Need a Graduate with the ability to speak French fluently.
- Must have a passion for sales
- Responsible for generating new inquiries, preparing quotations and order follow-up & and negotiating with clients for finalizing their orders.
- Responsible for cold calling, monthly sales target achievement, and payment follow-up.
- Finalizing the periodic distribution contracts/agreements with clients.
- Manage old and Search for new distributors in specified countries.
- Study customer’s wishes as well as new market trends.
- Responsible for developing plans and strategies by coordinating with the managers to achieve the sales target. (Channel management, Strategic planning for new market penetration, Increase merchant exporter business)
- To conduct surveys and market research to study and analyze the changing needs of the customers and make products available to suit the needs of the customer by adhering to the sales processes designed to improve sales.
Job Specifications
- B.Sc / HND in Business Administration or a related field
- Successful previous experience as a salesperson and consistently meeting or exceeding targets

Responsibilities
- Present, promote, and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Help distributors get bulk buyers.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, and track sales and status reports.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Reaching out to customers leads through cold calling.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
Requirements and skills
- BSc / HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
