Scholwin Foundation Montessori Schools is an educational institution that provides foundational education to young learners typically ranging from ages 1 to 11.It serve as the initial stage in a child’s formal education, laying the groundwork for future academic, social, and personal development. Job Title: School Teacher
Location: Lagos

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement lesson plans in accordance with the curriculum guidelines and educational objectives.
- Establish and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Deliver engaging and effective instruction using various teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles.
- Assess and evaluate pupils’ progress through tests, assignments, and examinations.
- Provide constructive feedback to pupils and parents.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of the curriculum to meet educational standards and requirements.
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding students’ academic progress, behavior, and any concerns.
- Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with educational trends, teaching methodologies, and subject matter.
- Collaborate with colleagues, administrators, and other stakeholders to enhance the overall educational experience.
- Manage and utilize classroom resources, including technology, textbooks, and supplementary materials effectively.
- Foster a positive and interactive learning environment that encourages student participation, critical thinking, and creativity.
- Implement and enforce classroom rules and disciplinary measures when necessary to maintain a respectful and focused learning environment.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a relevant field.
- 3 – 5 years work experience.
- Possession of a valid teaching certification or license
- Ability to convey complex concepts in an understandable manner.
