Responsibilities and Duties
- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities for growth, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver comprehensive analyses.
- Use statistical tools and models to predict market behaviors and user engagement.
- Conduct A/B testing and other analytical experiments to optimize platform performance.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing quality control measures.
- Translate complex data findings into understandable, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze user feedback and behavior to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Provide analytical support for marketing campaigns and product development initiatives.
- Lead data-driven projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain data dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track key metrics.
- Mine and analyze large datasets, draw valid inferences, and present them successfully to management using a reporting tool.
- Use predictive modeling to increase and optimize customer experiences, revenue generation, ad targeting, and other business outcomes.
- Implement new data analysis methodologies and data collection systems.
- Utilize statistical methods to analyze data and generate useful business reports
- Assist in the development of data governance policies and practices.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in data analysis and healthcare technology.
- Support the sales and finance teams with data-driven insights for decision-making.
- Analyze competitive market strategies through analysis of related product, market, or share trends.
- Synthesize large volumes of data to create useful info and actionable conclusions.
- Leverage data to identify strategic opportunities for competitive advantage.
- Participate in strategic planning sessions to improve business and operational strategies.
- Educate team members and stakeholders on the importance of data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
- Over 3 years of experience in a data analysis role, preferably within the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, vlookups, and chart creation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience with SQL and familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Knowledge of statistical tools and business forecasting techniques.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
