At the moment, our core competence is OCTG inspection and management, focusing on casing and Tubulars, management, storage and ware housing of same for our clients.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Pipeline Welder
Location: Rivers

Job Description
- Reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings
- Determining the number of materials required and work completion timeline
- Assembling and installing pipe components and systems
- Welding damaged and broken pipes
- Ensuring that the welded parts are free of any holes and defects
- Adhering to the health and safety guidelines at all times
- Performing pre-welding tasks such as clamping and cutting pipes
- Inspecting if all tools and equipment are in working order
- Operating heavy machinery such as forklift and cranes when needed
- Building and maintaining piping systems
- Securing pipes by using brackets and hangers
- Cleaning the work area before and after work
- Measuring and cutting the pipes accurately
- Install, repair, and maintain pipes using hand tools, power tools, and hydraulic equipment
- Set up, adjust, and operate welding equipment including flux-cored arc and oxyacetylene welding machines, pipe threading machines, and cutting torches
- Seal joints with welding fillers
- Inspect completed welds for internal and external cracks, defects, and imperfections
- Use portable measuring devices, such as calipers, micrometers, and dial indicators
- Provide technical assistance to construction teams and inspectors
- Perform minor maintenance and repairs to repair broken hydraulic equipment
- Perform related duties as assigned.
