Job Title: Indirect Procurement Manager

About Your New Job

  • Is the single point of contact for internal customers of the country for any request related to all indirect categories within Commercial, Marketing & General Admin areas.
  • Align with business and ensure that SLA’s and KBI’s for categories within the scope are delivered by the Buyers and where complexity and importance of the project required by him/herself. Collaborate with respective Group SPMs where and when applicable for maximization of benefits for the country.
  • Ultimate responsible to optimize service levels provided to internal stakeholders for the assigned categories.
  • Support CPD to manage respective indirect procurement activities within the country.

Your New Key Responsibilities

  • Translate strategic guidelines and lead country C&GA indirect spend procurement.
  • Maintain master data, including PIRs and catalogues, where applicable
  • Manage contract, measure, and improve utilization and coach Buyers.
  • Perform local communication on new contracts.
  • Build supplier relationships that generate value for both NBC and the supplier over time for local categories in alignment with CPD & SPM
  • Manage internal stakeholders’ relationships for local categories in alignment with CPD & SPM
  • Monitor delivery of SLA’s and KBI’s for indirect categories to country internal stakeholders
  • Ensure Sustainability strategy implementation in alignment with the predefined standards and guidelines for indirect spend within country and the Group

Education / Knowledge

  • University Degree or Advanced Degree, CIPS is a plus.
  • Experience in managing the following category: Marketing, commercial, travel, admin/support function.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience working in procurement
  • Successful track record and development potential
  • Working experience in a cross-cultural environment and in a matrix organization preferable
  • Experience in SAP, other ERP system with focus on Procurement.
