Job Description
- Lead development of new business opportunities supportive of overall growth strategy.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets for digital technology solutions.
- Manage and expand the resale of terminals, including customer acquisition and relationship management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry stakeholders, and partners.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and business development goals.
- Create and apply Customer Roadmaps and Product Roadmap outlines with market, customer needs, competitive Intel, and target pricing for use by product managers to align product development plans
- Capture team activities,
- Develop & execute commercial and technical proposal processes, manage all proposal development through production and on-time delivery, including win strategies, proposal outline, editing, and graphics, while continuously monitoring quality & configuration management to ensure quality & compliance develop, identify key subcontractors & develop subcontractor selection criteria
- Skillfully negotiate contracts to win set target contract value range per time
- You will act in project management
- You realize the sales targets of the company management
- You will represent the company at conferences, fairs, and industry networking events
- You can communicate with the management within the company
Qualifications
- 7+ Years as technical and Commercial sales in a related field.
- A University Degree in Engineering, or equivalent Technical certifications.
- Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English.
- Strong understanding of digital technologies and their application in maritime connectivity and electronics.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physically Fit.
- Strong legal understanding of contracts and excellent negotiation skills.
