Job Title: Sales and Marketing Manager (French Speaking / Caterpillar / Earth Moving Equipment)
Job Description:
One of our clients, a Supplier to the Mining Industry is currently in need of an individual with extensive Experience in the Sales of Earth Moving Equipment with a majority focus on Caterpillar Heavy Equipment. If you fulfill all the below requirements this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Responsibilities:
- The development of Marketing, Sales and After Sales Service
- Identify, negotiate, implement, manage and execute equipment sales
- On-going analysis of the market and competitors
- Ensure records are kept correctly and that all customers are satisfied
- Maintain a solid knowledge of all products in order to offer customers solutions to any problem they might have
- Define and implement strategies to gain short-term opportunities and develop strong long-term client relationships.
- Develop a strong synergy between sales and service
- Set targets to be reached and develop strategies to reach these targets
- Establish a local customer care process and offers nationwide coverage solutions
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Relevant Degree
- Fluent in French with good English communication skills
- 10 years’ experience in the sale of heavy duty equipment, with at least 6 years’ experience in Caterpillar equipment
- Previous experience as an expatriate in Africa
Contract Information:
- Residentially based on family status
- 5 Months On 1 Month Off
- Long Term Contract
