Job Description
- We are seeking to recruit a Digital Channel Sales Officer who will be responsible for driving sales revenue by marketing the bank’s Digital product such as internet banking, mobile App,/USSD services, POS terminals, etc.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Manage and optimize digital channels to improve customer engagement and adoption rates.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and optimize sales performance.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities leveraging digital channels.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, -competitor’s offerings, and emerging technologies.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of products and services.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of OND/ HND/ Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years proven experience in sales, marketing, or digital channels or related experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and techniques.
- Results-driven and target-oriented
- Strong work ethic and time management skills.
- Understanding of digital marketing channels.
- Excellent customer service skills.
