Job Summary

• We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Officer to join our team and ensure that our facilities are kept in excellent condition.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the safety and functionality of the property.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of facilities, equipment, and systems (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.)
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies
• Perform minor repairs on various fixtures and fittings
• Coordinate with external contractors for major repairs or specialized services
• Maintain records of repairs and maintenance schedules
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Monitor and manage maintenance budgets and supplies

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Officer or in a similar role
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and use hand/power tools
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively

Preferred Qualifications:

• Vocational training or certifications in maintenance-related fields.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Experience with inventory and budget management.

Salary
N150,000 Monthly.
