Job Title: Office Assistant

Job Description
  • The duty of the Office Assistant is to handle organizational and clerical support tasks and running of the daily administrative operations of the company.
  • Ensure the tidiness of work spaces and ofice materials.
  • This may include organizing files, scheduling appointments, etc as required
  • Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures,
Requirements
  • The ideal candidate will be a hard-working individual able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure.
  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Working knowledge of office equipment and administrative processes
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.
