- Ensure high level customer satisfaction through excellent sales service;
- Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features
- Recommend several sales strategies in order to drive sales;
- Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options with customers;
- Cross sell products;
- Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service;

Qualification & Experience
- Minimum of OND/NCE/ND from any recognized Higher Institution
- 1-3 years experience in aggressive sales
- Not less than 22yrs, not more than 25yrs.

Job Title: Service Centre Representative
Location:
LagosResponsibilities
- Attend to customers complaints as regards device issues and ensure complaints are resolved promptly.
- Responsible for assigning customers device issues to technicians
- Remain knowledgeable on gadgets;
- Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service;
- Build productive trust relationships with customers;
- Error free transactions/Ability to follow laid down company standards and codes of conduct.
Qualification & Experience
- Minimum of OND/NCE/ND from any recognized Higher Institution
- 2-3 years experience in customer service and dealing with gadget issues
- 24-26(yrs)

Responsibilities

- Manage branch operations and sales performance.
- Initiate strategic interventions to drive aggressive sales within branch location.
- Market and close sales of company’s products and services to current and potential customers;
- Optimally manage branch officers to improve sales performance
- Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
- Identify sales prospects and contact and close sales;
- Ensure high level customer satisfaction through excellent sales service;
- Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features
- Recommend several sales strategies in order to drive sales;
