Job Description
- Develope new client base and leads
- Make contact with selected clients and maintain client database
- Initiate and close deals.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree from a reputable institution.
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Particularly detail oriented.
- Be self-directed and motivated.
- Experience in proposal/bid preparation.
- Must be able to meet set targets.
- Ability to effectively build strong relationships in order to gain support and achieve results.
- Strong business development skills with a proven track record of converting prospects to paying clients.
- Excellent people and client management skills arrange multiple conflicting priorities and responsibilities.
- Ability to synthesize multiple points and/or sources of data.
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to handle multiple priorities and adapt to change.
