Job Title: Teacher (3-year renewable Contract)

Qualifications and Competencies
- B.Ed/BSc Education Minimum of Five (5) years relevant experience. Competencies
- Child-centered
- Inquiry-based teaching knowledge;
- Good interpersonal skills and well organized. Duties report;
- Perform any other related duties as may be assigned
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will among other things perform the following duties and responsibilities:
- Educational Leadership
- Be committed to and promote academic excellence;
- To provide in-service training as required by head; Teaching Role
- Be responsible for the education and welfare of the Grade 4 pupils;
- Plan and prepare courses and lessons following the programmes in place;
- Asses, record and report on the progress of the pupils;
- Maintain a well-ordered teaching area;
- Responsible for and participate in two afternoon clubs;
- Follow the timetable as agreed with the head;
- Ensure compliance with all requirements of a class teacher as laid down in the ‘Class Teacher Duties report’;
- Perform any other related duties as may be assigned
