Requirements
- A minimum of a tertiary educational qualification in any discipline or academic field with 0-2 years’ work experience.
Objectives
- To ensure proper coordination, management and growth of all the programmes under Customer Management and Business Communication Academy and effective management of Marcforte’s database and information dissemination.
- Candidates must have a passion for writing, generating newsletters & strategic on social media networking.
Deliverables:
- Smooth running of all programmes under portfolio
- Research for Business Development purposes
- Advert development and placement
- Management of Emails, phone numbers, addresses
- Timely development, Distribution and management of monthly newsletter
- Brand management on social media
- Planning and organisation of training programmes
- Coordination of training programmes
- Develop mobilizer for post training activities
- Revenue generation
