Job Description
- Our client requires the services of a front desk officer to work in abuja ,the ideal candidate must be smart and presentable with good communication skills.
- Good computer knowledge with internet skills,
- Ability to multitask.
Requirements
- Complete and maintain visitor log’s as required
- Documents in coming to outgoing mails
- Administer aptitude test to candidate
- Contact candidates for interview.
- Ensured the optimum comfort of all visiting candidates
- Making schedule and organising meetings
- Maintain inventories pertinent to vacancies
- Led and assist with front office functions
- Attend to candidates and create database of qualified candidates
