Job Description
Responsible for selling to walk in customers in a mobile phone retail outlet.
Approach and welcome customers with the aim of making a sale.
Listen to customers’ needs and advise them appropriately on their choice of mobile devices.
Understand and demonstrate high level of customer care at all times.
Education and Experience:
Experience with mobile phone sales is disred.
A University degree or HND in any discipline.
One year working experience in a sales executive/customer service role within a reputable organization.
Ability to use MS Office applications.
