Job Descriptions
- Responsible for overall operations of restaurant and catering activities.
- Maximizing sales, meeting profits and financial expectation.
- Dealing with staffing and clients issues.
- Catering marketing of corporate events i.e conferences, seminars,weddings and birthdays.
- Monitoring the quality of product and services provided.
- Market Expansion:Develop and Implement the Caterings regional market expansion strategy to ensure year on year growth.
- Performs other duties as assigned by Management.
