Job Title: Powder Packing Operator

Job Description
- Performs daily set up and running of packer control system, by
understanding packer parts, de-aeration probes, bag sealer, bag conveyor
and flattener, packer discharge station and sifter system, filling and
dump station and scale read out. - Fills out powders packaging summary and dry blending and
packaging weight control chart, and quality control check-off
procedures. - Washes and cleans equipment per the sanitation manual.
- Ensure that each packaging machine is in good repair and works in accordance to regulations set by the company
- Perform regular repairs and maintenance on packaging machines to ensure optimum work cycles
- Responsible for packaging integrity and quality checks on each packaging order
- Handle / discard waste that packaging machineries edict in a safe manner
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area by ensuring that floors are clean and organized appropriately
- Tend to packaging machines by using appropriate controls to package different items
- Load and unload items into packaging machines and remove rejected packages to be isolated as surplus
- Reset machines following malfunctions or need for repeated cycles
- Secure packaged items by gluing, tying, stapling or attaching fasteners
- Sort, label, grade and inspect packaged products
- Stack packaged items in storage areas or on delivery pallets using jack pallets or forklifts
- Create daily reports regarding packaged products and storage and delivery orders
Requirements
- Possess OND/HND/BSc in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
- Have a minimum of 3-5 experience in small sachet powder filling machine.
Job Title: Sterilizer (Cooker) Operator

Job Descriptions
- Tend conveyor line enclosed in series of circular chambers to
cook canned milk to sterilize and change viscosity and color of milk:
Turn steam, water, and hot air valves and observe gauges to adjust
temperature of heating, cooking, cooling, and drying chambers. - Observe panel lights for machine failure and stops conveyor to remove jammed cans.
- Observe filled sealed cans moving through chambers and remove dented cans or sample test cans.
- Open sample can and dips spoon into sterilized milk to observe grain, viscosity, and colour.
- May alter cooking temperature or add measured amount of calcium
or phosphate to milk batch to obtain specified grain and viscosity.
Requirements
- Must be a Graduate of Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
- Must possess 3-5 years of experience in cooker/sterilizer for long life milk/food ( canned food ).
- Must possess knowledge of operation, maintenance and repairs of cooker/sterilizer
Job Title: Seamer Mechanic/Technician

Job Description
- Operating, maintenance and repair of tin seaming and filling
machine, seam evaluation, training of personnel and any other job
assigned by management
Requirements
- A minimum of B.Sc/HND in Engineering.
- Possess a minimum 5 years experience in filler/seamer changeover in canning line candidate
- Must have knowledge in details about basics of can seamer with
change over from one size to another, seamer operation, seamer
maintenance, can seaming evaluation and capability to train people
