Job Title: Packaging Team Leader

Duties and Responsibilities
Amongst other duties, the Packaging Team Leader will:
  • Maintain Safe, Healthy And Risk Free Working Environment on Shift
  • Apply Fundamental/Situational Knowledge of packaging Equipment And Processes
  • Manage Shift Performance and Lead Application of The VPO Principles and Practices
  • Optimise production performance and processes
  • Optimise team performance
  • Perform Administration
  • Manage Costs, Usages and Waste on Shift
  • Facilitate team problem solving and decision making
  • Manage Human Resources on Shift.
Qualifications and Experience
The occupant of this position should possess:
  • B.Eng./HND in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • 3-4 years’ experience  as a Process Operator or Process Artisan on high speed parking lines
  • Certificate in Packaging (IBD) will be an added advantage

 Job Title: Packaging Process Operator

Location: Lagos
Type: Permanent

Duties and Responsibilities

Amongst other duties, the Packaging Process Operator will;
  • Operate machine and equipment
  • Monitor and control the process
  • Operate the equipment according to the work instructions and adhering to safe working practices at all times.
  • Apply the Manufacturing Way principles and practices
  • Operate and control the process according to SOP’s
  • Conduct autonomous maintenance
  • Maintain housekeeping standards in his area of operation
Qualifications and Experience
The occupants of this position should possess:
  • Minimum-HND/B.Eng.- Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • 1-2 years’ experience in a bottling line in a Packaging/FMCG environment
Key competencies and attributes:
  • Operate plant and process equipment
  • Carry out basic machine maintenance
  • Maintain a safe and healthy working environment
  • Work in teams
