Develop regional buisness plans
Develop fund activity plans
Ensure effective implementation of the company model
Provide direction to the country offices
Develop partnerships and attract new business
Develop policies and procedures for efficency
Be an advisor to the senior leadership team
Desired Skills and Experience
10 years management experience
Investmentand SME experience
Advanced degree – MBA preferably
