Job description
The Guesthouse Manager shall be responsible for:
Day to day running of the Guesthouse
Engagement of external stakeholders as may be necessary for the smooth running of the Guesthouse
Ensuring the facilities within the Guesthouse are maintained and kept in best form
Ensuring discipline of staff at all level and in all units
Organising and carrying out marketing activities
Ensuring controls are in place to to safeguard the assets of the business
Ensuring adequate training and development for staff and a healthy pipeline of talents
Desired Skills and Experience
3 years working experience as a Guesthouse manager
Adequate hospitality marketing experience
Knowledge of hospitality software
Good knowledge of microsoft excel
People management skills
Must have integrity
