The Client and Role
The Client is a prominent indigenous EPC contractor who primarily focus on Social Infrastructure including residential, hospitals and civil works such as roads.
With a good corporate culture wherein team building is exercised, the client are looking for an experienced Piling Manager to manage their Lagos Plant.
Your key duties will include
-Administrating operations & maintenance of plant ensuring plant policies and procedures are enforced
-Managing, Supervising and Training Your Team
-Establishing and promoting positive morale within staff
-Ensuring plant production goals are set and met
-Safeguarding plant operations adhere to company policies and procedures
-Overseeing plant quality control and health & safety
-Coordinating purchasing, production and shipping with management team
-Organising and presenting plant meetings
Salary
Salary package is negotiable.
Desired Skills and Experience
Suitable Applicants
With a degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or similar, suitable applicants will have at least 10 years’ experience; with a minimum of 8 years piling experience. You must have a strong background in piling projects with an understanding and experience in Sheet, Soil Nailing, Anchoring, Construction of deep Foundations bored piles, Soil investigations concrete precast piles, Sub soil analysis steel sheet piles, Jet grouting concrete sheet piles, Micro piles Friction piles Diaphragm wall.
Experience working in Western Africa is essential.
