QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Minimum 10 years experience as ICSS Engineer including 5 in the Petrochemical industry

ACTIVITIES
• Responsible for the Technical content of the Maintenance Methods in the field of Electrical Engineering, networks, PDCS, UPS, HVAC including the responsibility for maintenance plans, spare parts coverage, working techniques,
and the procedures, in accordance with the Maintenance Policy.
• Revise the maintenance plans prepared by the various Contractors, and ensure their proper implementation.
• Coordinate with the Methods Department the consolidation of the Maintenance Plans.
• Ensure suitable spare-parts availability/coverage through adequate stock management parameters; initiate the necessary improvements in accordance with the reliability and availability objectives.
• Perform the duties of Technical Administrator for the Mechanical Spare Parts.
• Develop and control proper implementation/use of the techniques and tools required for an efficient maintenance, including both technical (condition monitoring, working tools, etc…) and administrative/reporting aspects (Work
reports, data trending, spare parts consumption, etc…).
• Responsible to control the ensure the data captured in Unisup are accurate; perform their analysis and propose optimisation plans.
• Ensure proper management of the equipment support means including documentations, tooling, softwares, etc.
• Provide technical expertise in view of timely and efficiently address the failures and losses of performance of equipment..
• Analyze the equipment performances, perform technical studies, provide technical support on any technical queries, make proposals for improvement and optimization.
• Perform modification studies as required.
• Ensure the operations under own authority are prepared and performed in accordance with Company rules, procedures and specifications, and in full compliance with the HSE standards
• Responsible for the mobilisation, the coordination, the logistic arrangements, of the external resources (vendors, contractors, means, etc…) required for the operations in own field of competence (mechanical). Includes initiation of
call off, or service order, definition of scope of work, work performance follow-up, control/acceptance of deliverables, and any other duty until satisfactory completion of the required service.

Within the framework of Client’s Operations, the main objectives are, in the field of maintenance of Electrical Equipment & Machines, to:
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Maintenance Plans prepared at project stage (including dedicated procedures, spare parts coverage, tools selection and other technical aspects), coordinate with the Methods Department their consolidation in adequate and efficient maintenance workable packages, in accordance with the Maintenance Policy.
Ensure proper assistance of external resources (vendors, contractors, means and equipment) to support the offshore mechanical staff and ensure mechanical equipment integrity

SERVICE DIMENSIONS
• Provide piping CAD capabilities to the ECP engineering team.
ACTIVITIES
• Generate new piping discipline drawings (e.g. piping plans, isometrics, pipe support details, etc.) using AutoCAD or other CAD tool, either based on own information gained on site or provided by discipline engineers.
• Modify existing piping discipline drawings, either based on own information gained on site or provided by discipline engineers.
• Generate and modify other piping discipline documents (e.g. line lists, bill of materials, tie-in schedules, etc.).
• Extract information from existing drawings (e.g. dimensions) at the request of piping discipline engineers.
• Locate and extract drawings from PRODOM document management system at the request of piping discipline engineers.
• Conduct offshore site surveys to obtain information necessary to develop and complete piping design.

Job Title: Oil Spill Preparedness And Response Coordinator
JOB QUALIFICATION
• Recognized experience in Oil Spill Management in or with E&P companies or with Spill Control supporting entities like OSRL or similar.
• Knowledge of offshore oil & gas E&P operations
• Graduate in engineering or applied sciences, with at least 10 years experience in environmental management activities for offshore and onshore engineering, construction and production of oil and gas facilities.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
• Recognized Environmental Management qualification.
• Experience in EMS implementation, Environment Studies, Operations, Reporting and Oil spill management
• Sound knowledge in Environment and Safety matters, e.g. legislations, codes of practice, Company specifications, etc.
• Knowledge or understanding of dealing with HSES, authorities and stakeholders in Nigeria or similar context.
ACTIVITIES
• Assist the various operational and support entities of DEEPWATER in developing , updating and implementing their Oil Spill Contingency Plans (OSCPs).
• Develop and Implement Pollution Prevention and Control strategies for effective Oil/Chemical Pollution Control in TUCN DWD in line with NOSDRA, NIMASA, DPR, with Group standards, guidelines, policies and procedures, taking into account personnel competence, equipment availability, maintenance, deployment readiness and plans accuracy.
• Set up remediation programs including monitoring plan to cover affected sites or locations in case of pollution damages to achieve regulatory closure for affected sites.
• Develop systems and strategies for effective CNA and Mutual Aid assistance.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve Contractor and sub-contractors Pollution Control competence and resources. Ensure their plans are correctly bridge with TUCN plans.
• Build or Review various oil spill contingency plans and when necessary, organize revisions with involved entities.
• Ensure updating of reference documents, maintenance of oil spill equipment, products and materials, training of people, drills and exercises.
• Review and document minimum volumes and stockpiles of dispersants or equipment available in storage ready for intervention.
• Ensure homogeneity between Oil Spill Response Plans and others related Emergency Response Plan in DWD and in TUCN (Emergency Response Plans, Blow Out Contingency Plans, Crisis Management Plans…) and correct bridging with related contractors plans when required.
• Coordinate, support and actively participate in Oil Spill Response within the frame of Emergency and/or Crisis Management Teams and Plans during drills, exercises or real incident response operations.
• Deploy resources, personnel and equipment for effective Oil and Chemical Spill Pollution Control work when necessary.
• Develop and implement audit and verification programmes to ensure effective monitoring and compliance with Pollution Control guidelines.
• Carry out regular audits on the Oil Spill Response Preparedness of the District
• Implement Oil Spill action plans outcome from TUCN Procedures review and internal audits.
• Develop and implement controls to ensure compliance with ISO14001 requirements in Pollution Prevention/Control.
CONTEXT AND ENVIRONMENT
• Networking activities with TUCN Port Harcourt district and others IOCs in the country in the frame of Mutual assistance Plans.
• Relation with E&P governing authorities like: PDR, NAPIMS, NIMASA, Ministry of Environment, NOSDRA, Port Authorities,
• Through liaison with consultants, contractors, sub-contractors, competitors, EP branch, Sister Affiliates etc, introduce best practices into DW District Pollution Control and Oil/Chemical Spill Response.
• LOCATION: Position based in Lagos, Victoria Island TUCN DWD offices on rotation basis, 4 weeks x 4 weeks with sites visits offshore (FPSO, support vessels) at Onne Base (close to Port Harcourt) and at CNA bases.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
• To ensure the adequacy of the Deepwater development scheme with respect to international and Nigerian Regulations and Company Environmental and Oil Spill Response policy and objectives.
• To provide Oil spill preparation advice and technical support to Deepwater operations within the DWD Emergency Response framework
• To participate in the preparation of the annual HSE improvement plan.
• To provide advice to line Management to enable activities to be undertaken in conformance with statutory obligations applicable regulations and Company rules.
