Job Title: Front Desk Supervisor

Job Summary

  • A Front Desk Supervisor supervises the activities manages at the hotel front desk, including check-in/check-out, Guest requests, concierge services and promotion of in-house activities.

What will I be doing?

  • As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will oversee the front office activities between the Guest, the hotel, and the various hotel departments.

A Front Desk Supervisor is responsible for supervising the activities that create the first impressions of our Guests and, therefore, must perform the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Supervise Front Desk operations during your assigned shift to a consistently high standard
  • Ensure your shift team have an current knowledge of hotel products, services, pricing and special promotional offers, as well as daily VIP and special events
  • Advise your shift team of any special events or VIP Guests in the hotel that day
  • Monitor the appearance, standards, and performance of Team Members with an emphasis on training and team work
  • Maximize sales revenues through up-selling and marketing program
  • Manage Guest requests, inquiries, and complaints promptly and completely
  • Maintain the professional appearance of the Front Desk with a focus on hospitality and Guest service

Job Title: Stewarding Supervisor

Job Summary

  • A Stewarding Supervisor is responsible for supervising the Kitchen Stewards to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while supporting the overall Back of House operations.

What will I be doing?
As a Stewarding Supervisor, you are responsible for supervising the Kitchen Stewards and supporting the Back of House team to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. A Stewarding Supervisor will also be required to coordinate other kitchen responsibilities, make certain Back of House areas are maintained, and ensure that health and safety are top priorities. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Supervise the Kitchen Stewards ensuring high standards
  • Support the Back of House Team in training and development
  • Coordinate the daily pot-wash and dish wash responsibilities
  • Ensure Back of House areas are maintained to the highest cleanliness standards and cleaning schedules are followed and completed
  • Observe COSHH guidelines when handling hazardous substances and comply with all aspects of Health and Safety requirements
  • Report faults, misused or damaged equipment issues to the Back of House Manager, Head Chef, and/or Maintenance Manager
  • Ensure the correct PPE is in place and guidelines are adhered to

Job Title: Engineer – Technician

Job Summary

  • An Engineer/Technician will support the Engineering Team to efficiently maintain all hotel operations such that safety, security, conversation, and compliance are ensured at the highest levels.

What will I be doing?
As Engineer/Technician, you will support the Engineering Team to ensure that engineering and maintenance operations within the hotel, including general property maintenance energy conservation, are working properly and to standard. You are also responsible for the development of the Engineering Team and staying abreast of compliance regulations and procedures in the field of Engineering, as required for hotel standards. Specifically, an Engineer will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Perform day-to-day routine and preventative maintenance within the hotel rooms
