- Ensure your shift team have an current knowledge of hotel products, services, pricing and special promotional offers, as well as daily VIP and special events

What will I be doing?

A Stewarding Supervisor will also be required to coordinate other kitchen responsibilities, make certain Back of House areas are maintained, and ensure that health and safety are top priorities. - Supervise the Kitchen Stewards ensuring high standards
- Support the Back of House Team in training and development
