Job Title: Financial Reporting Officer
Reports to: Manager, Financial Reporting

Job Objectives
- Role Holder is responsible for supporting the financial reporting process within the company and its subsidiaries.
- Supports the finance unit in order to assure effective financial reporting and compliance with all financial regulations.
Primary Interface:
- Internal: All Employees
- External: NIACOM, External Auditors, Tax Consultant,SEC,CBN, Tax Authorities
Responsibilities
- Support reconciliations of daily financial activities – accounts payables and receivables.
- Support the preparation and distribution of internal financial statements and reports, maintaining the highest quality, reliability and accuracy.
- Assist with monthly closing process, including reconciliations and analysis of related accounts.
- Partake in the Company’s annual audit with the external auditors.
- Ensures the integrity of the financial reporting process and financial controls.
- Support improvements in the financial reporting process.
- Ensure the strengthening of internal controls over financial reporting process.
- Oversee Bank reconciliation, Customers’ account and preparation of schedules.
- Review and reconciliation of GL balances.
- Preparation of statutory audit schedule.
- Any other task assigned by the line manager
Job Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Professional Certification in Accounting is a must i.e. ICAN
Experience:
- A minimum of 3 years experience in financial reporting and reconciliation.
- Experience with any of the Big Four or in the finance unit of a top Insurance Company would be an advantage.
- Basic Hands on experience in regulatory activities including IFRS reporting.
Job Title: Technical Assistant
Location: Lagos
Reports to: Executive Director
Job Objectives
- To provide technical support to the Executive Director.
- Assist the ED in making the best use of his time by effectively reviewing and preparing financial and strategic reports from time to time.
Primary Interfaces
- Internal: All Employees
- External: Consultants, Service Providers, Organisations
Responsibilities
- Assist in reviewing and compiling reports generated by the Finance and Strategy team.
- Prepare from time to time various technical reports using data from units reporting to the ED
- Keep diary of appointments, meetings etc.
- Liaising with various Units/Group Heads on joint tasks assigned by the ED
- Attending to routine administrative/secretarial errands
- Organizing and attending meetings, producing documents and presentations.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years working experience in the same capacity.
- Excellent knowledge reviewing and interpreting financial reports.
- Conversant with Strategy documents and implementation.
- Preparing Board reports
- Managing multiple tasks

Job Objectives
- Role Holder is responsible for managing the entire financial reporting process within the company and its subsidiaries. Supervise the finance unit in order to assure effective financial reporting and compliance with all financial regulations.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily financial activities for Accounts Payables and Receivables.
- Manage the preparation and distribution of internal financial statements and reports, maintaining the highest quality, reliability and accuracy.

- Coordinate the Company’s annual audit with the external auditors.
