Job Title: HR Manager
Location
: Lagos

Job Description

  • Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions. Formulate related HR policies according to different business modules.
  • Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
  • Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
  • Maintains the pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing salary budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions.
  • Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results (KPI) by director managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors.
  • Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable local labor law; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings.
  • Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Other specific works given by direct supervisor.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or above, major in Human Resource, rich experience in Human Resource Management.
  • 5-10 years’ or above human resource experience, at least 3 years in HR Management. IT&HR Management consulting industry (finance/Internet/Banking/Gaming)are preferred.
  • Familiar with all HR  modules and having successful HR implementation experience will be better.

Job Title: Collection Specialist
Location
: Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Call overdue customers to guide them to repay and complete company’s collection target;
  • Collect feedback from overdue customers, investigate customers’ repayment ability and assess the potential risk;
  • Through a variety of effective ways to find the missing customers, increase the rate of repayment, reduce bad debt losses;
  • Regularly analyze and report the collection status and put forward suggestions to help to optimize the collection process.

Job Title: Senior HR Specialist
Location:

Job Description

Including but not limited to:

  • Responsible for checking monthly payroll and ensure the accuarcy of the payoll. Keep good communication with payroll system vendor.
  • Responsible for income tax reporting, coordinate with finance department to output cost anlysis report based upon monthly payroll
  • Assist in C&B standardization in compliance with company policy and government requirement
  • Responsible for C&B monthly report preparation and HR monthly report consolidation
  • Participate in monthly forecast & annual budgeting process and other compensation related programs
  • Responsible for employees’ social benefits affairs e.g. medical insurance, housing allows etc.

Requirements

Job Title: Anti-Fraud Investigation Agent
Location:
 Lagos, Nigeria.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in formulating and optimizing the internal and external policies and procedures of anti-fraud;
  • Assist in completing the project requirements assessment, on-line testing, and issue anti-fraud strategy opinions;
  • Assist in the establishment and completion of the internal policies;
  • Assist in completing the operation process optimization of online merchants and sales, and revise the policy of punishment for violation of regulations;
  • Study the characteristics of various types of fraud risks through the analysis of cases and contracts, and put forward preventive measures and suggestions for improvement;
