Required Experience/Skills
B.Sc/HND qualification in any field
1+ years’ experience in customer service/ customer management
Computer literacy
Good command of the English language
Appreciable knowledge and use of Microsoft Word & Excel
Experience working in a courier company is an added advantage
Personality requirements/Traits
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Strong problem solving and persuasion skills
Self-motivation, determination, confidence and result oriented.
