Job Title: Head, Sales & Marketing

Location: Lagos

Job Requirements

• Candidate must have a minimum of 10 years expereince in which 4 years must have been in a managerial position in Sales & Marketing in the Real Estate industry
• Bachelor’s Degree in Estate Management or related field
• Candidate must be resident in Lagos or willing to relocate to Lagos
• Candidate must currently be working for a reputable Real Estate company.

Job Description

• We are looking for a Head of Sales and marketing whose primary responsibility will be to drive sales and increase company revenue.
• She/he will be responsible for leading the sales department, overseeing activities of the junior and senior sales executives and monitoring performance as a whole.
• The role is a data-driven role that requires commercial acumen and a deep understanding of the consumer base, the competitive market, and an ability to analyze sales department performance.
• Develop and recommend product positioning, packaging, and pricing strategy to produce the highest possible long-term market share;
• Direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and marketing programs
