First Katalyst Marketing Limited, a leading marketing agency in Nigeria is looking to hire a Brand Executive with previous experience in a marketing agency.

Job Title: Assistant Service Centre Manager
Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • The Assistant Service Centre manager will assist the Service Centre Manager in the operations of the Service Centre.

 

Skills Required:

  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Possess a strong customer service focus.
  • Some knowledge of organization management principles and practices for service operations.
  • Minimum of 2 year work experience in related role

 

Duties

  • Become familiar with Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) compliance and other policies and procedures
  • Provide superior customer service leadership team to optimize their development.
  • Help maintain a clean, well-organized service center and facilitate a safe and secure working environment
  • Assist the Service Center Manager (SCM) in the daily operation and oversight of the service center
  • Assists with or performs administrative tasks
  • Responsible for inventory, labor management and financial performance of the service center.
