Job Title: Installation Engineer (E&I)
Location:
 Lagos

Prime Responsibilities

  • Managing the execution of Site Acceptance Tests for all hardware solutions previously installed by subcontracted installation contractors
  • Managing the resolution of any issues encountered during in-field Site Acceptance Testing
  • Providing progress reporting to the Manager and client for all installation activities being undertaken
  • Maintaining good relationships with the technical and managerial team
  • Review contract documents and write procedures in line with clients specifications
  • Oversee execution of various E&I Installations
  • Ensure highlight contractual matters needing particular involving and follow-up exceptional risks.
  • Coordinating installation activities across multiple concurrent projects in order to achieve timeframe objectives specified by the client

Job Title: Heavy Lifting & Installation Manager
Location:
 Lagos

Prime Responsibilities

  • Lead and establish the overall planning and strategy of T&l Projects amongst all contractors through the formulation and implementation of specific T&l strategies
  • Oversee the installation barge spread, transportation spread and installation of offshore facilities in meeting project schedule, cost effectiveness and in compliance to HSE and quality requirements in accordance with the contract, work processes, set policies, procedures, guidelines, specifications and governmental regulations.
  • Manage and review the schedule and cost performances through the analysis, trending and bench-marking of findings and provide recommendations to improvise overall T&l performances in delivering maximum value creation for the Company
  • Co-ordinate with other disciplines in project team, as well as various disciplines from existing projects, to assure continual iteration of optimal solutions and alignment of interfaces
  • Minimization of operation risks and project risks related to fabrication, load-out, transport, installation and removal including claim minimization.

Qualification

  • B.Eng. in any Engineering or technical discipline. Master qualification, Professional certification (OPITO Level 3)/membership will be an added advantage.

Experience:

  • 7 – 10 years or more experience in field construction and shop fabrication for major Projects in the oil, gas, and/or petrochemical industries.
  • Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in offshore construction work such as heavy lifting, stacking, roll-up, weighing, load-out and installation. Familiar with AISC, DNV and experienced using structural analysis software.

 

 

Job Title: Senior Planning Engineer
Location
: Lagos

Prime Responsibilities

  • Produce planning deliverables in accordance with the project timetable of phased implementation from engineering/ procurement/construction/pre-commissioning/commissioning data.
  • Assemble planning deliverables by early engagement with the project team so as to prepare the work-scope within a timely manner to maintain the schedule.
  • Produce deliverables based on alerting the project to potential schedule difficulties. Propose mitigation solutions based on “what if” scenarios run in Primavera Project Planning software.
  • Produce interface planning deliverables in accordance with the project timetable of phased implementation from engineering/procurement/construction/pre-commissioning/commissioning data.
  • Review of Construction & Pre-Commissioning documentation thus ensuring compliance with the Scope of Work reflected in planning deliverables.
  • Ensure allowance is made within the planning for alignment checking/final testing and punch listing.
  • Ensure planning reflects the capture of as built information and management of change.

Job Title: Lead Estimator/Senior Cost Engineer
Location
: Lagos

Prime Responsibilities

  • Support the development of structured, consistent and accurate cost control, reporting and estimating for a surface facilities project.
  • Provide support to individual Project team members in establishing and maintaining up to date project cost engineering deliverables including variance analysis of cost over/under runs.
  • Monitor expenditure monthly on a Value of Work Done (VOWO) basis for the project to produce cost forecasts (latest estimates), to provide timely notification of potential over/under-runs against approved budgets.
  • Produce monthly/quarterly/annual variance and trend analysis expenditure reports
  • Produce deliverables to support PE’s/PM’s by establishment and maintenance of cost progress S-curves (inclusive of actuals, forecasts, and commitments) for the ongoing project – prepare overall project summary reports on the same basis.
  • Capture and highlight costs resulting from the change control procedure.

Qualifications

Job Title: Offshore Logistics Lead
Location
: Lagos

Prime Responsibilities

  • Ensures that all materials and personnel are tracked to and from the rig and that all costs associated with drilling and completing the well are captured when possible
  • Supervises the loading and offloading of vessels at the rig site, ensuring that materials loaded and offloaded match with the manifest for accounting and tracking purposes
  • Coordinates with drilling supervisors, drilling engineers, and operations geologists to ensure that all materials and personnel movements are executed at rig site
  • Liaises with rig contractors and service companies to ensure that personnel, services, materials, equipment, etc. are available in quantity and quality as required to drill the clients wells
  • Takes immediate actions to safeguard personnel, assets, and environment in emergency situations related to well construction operations
  • Liaises with logistics base to optimize land, sea, and air transports, minimizing trips and optimizing shipping and handling of materials and personnel to support rig operations
  • Ensures that materials, equipment, and services are mobilized / demobilized in an effective and timely manner
  • Tracks daily offshore costs for input into daily cost reports
  • Liaises regularly with the drilling rigs and OIMR/construction vessels to know their loading plans, priorities, prepares and issues site daily vessel movement schedule taking into account cargo priorities of various platforms

Job Title: Dimensional Control Manager

  • Implement of Dimensional Control Surveying (DCS) in accordance with Quality Management System.

Job Title: Lead Commissioning Engineer

  • Responsible for managing all technical queries
  • Reviews contractual documentation and engineering documents to ensure that the commissioning & start-up requirements are accounted for in the design.
  • Prepares and keeps up-to-date the pre-commissioning and commissioning execution plans (including the schedule and the mobilization of personnel and equipment).
  • Supervises the preparation of the pre-commissioning and commissioning procedures.
  • Supervises the preparation of the performance test procedures and of the operating manuals with the process team.
  • Assists procurement group for the definition of vendor assistance

Job Title: Electrical/Instrumentation Lead

  • Lead the installation and completion of all electrical and instrumentation equipment
  • To carry out installation of instruments, consoles and power system
  • Address site issues with respect to wiring diagrams, schematics, TAG duplication,
  • Routing of cable and tubing, installation of controls and electrical equipment
  • Installation of all remaining instrumentation, control lines, test, equipment and function
  • Installation of cable wiring, internal panel wiring and junction boxes and loop checking

  • Input to systems completions database

Job Title: Superintendent – Welding
Location:

Prime Responsibilities

  • Manage all welding and associated activities carried out within assigned work area.
  • Identify manpower and timeline requirements for the assigned work pack via the weekly resource plan working in conjunction with planning engineers.
  • Ensure completed welds are of satisfactory appearance/cleanliness and suitable for Visual Inspections/Non Destructive Testing (NDT).
  • Ensure Daily Welding Records are being raised on a daily basis for each welder, ensuring each weld is logged and the information cascaded to QA/QC.
  • Ensure all welders are conversant with the Welding Procedure Specifications to which they are working.
  • Ensure random monitoring of welding controls as detailed in the Welding Procedure
  • Ensure specifications (WPSs) during the welding cycle.

Qualification

  • B.Eng. in any other Engineering discipline or Trade Test.

Experience

  • 7-10 years or more experience in all processes of welding, SMAW, FCAW, GTAW and CRA for major onshore/offshore Projects in the oil & gas or construction industries.

Job Title: Senior Field Engineer

Prime Responsibilities

  • Responsible for stewarding contractors performance, engaging/aligning key stakeholders, engaging discipline engineers and expert resources from the global experts, as required, to complete the assigned scope consistent with the projects objectives.
  • Ensure smooth transitions between project stages, across sites and between key stakeholders.
  • Oversee EPC/FEED level engineering, procurement, execution planning through to completion and start up.
  • Participates in identification and sourcing and management of long lead equipment,
  • Coordinates development of Project Management System deliverables as well as reviews
  • Coordinates construction activities, punch-listing and turnover.

  • Ensure all procedures and methods adequately protect the safely and integrity of all personnel and assets.

  • Ensure construction methods and sequences reflect safe, efficient and cost effective methods.

Description

  • As the Hook-up and Commissioning Manager you will be responsible for managing the engineering and execution for the installation and hook-up of offshore platforms.

Job Title: Mechanical Completion Manager

  • Understand and be able to interpret contracts and reviews contractual documentation.
  • Review and contribute to the Detailed Design contractor’s production of the mechanical deliverables.

Job Title: On-Shore Base Manager
Location:

Prime Responsibilities

  • Marketing inspection services, making proposals and tendering for new inspection business, within agreed levels outlined in the management system
  • Management of relationships with clients to the benefit of the Company
  • Liaising with client and company personnel to ensure work is carried out according to an agreed schedule and within the terms of the contract
  • Maintenane of inspection capability and resources in accordance with the Company’s policies, standards and procedures
  • Co-ordination and execution of activities in accordance with approved procedures for the base and site operations ensuring that the quality system is adhered to on a day to day basis
  • Providing competent staff for inspection activities and ensuring that technical staff are supervised, as necessary, by staff familiar with the quality system and procedures
