Specifications
– Must be resident in Abuja
– Male or Female
– Age 30 years above

Qualifications
– National Diploma in Hospitality Management or similar qualification beneficial
– A Dynamic. resourceful and positive individual with attention to detail
– A strong background in managing hoteVguesthouse operations
– A high level of leadership and motivation skills
– Must be GUEST and service driven
– Must be trustworthy
– Must be able to work shifts and long hours
– Good planning and organizational skills
– Computer literacy (word & excel)
– Ability to work accurately under pressure
– Excellent communication skills
– Positive and enthusiastic to leam
– Well groomed, presentable and professional manner

Job Description:
– The acquisition and maintenance of Guest
– Maintaining the required operating and service standards
– Leading training and motivating staff _
– Implementation of the Guesthouse rules and regulations and disciplinary procedures
– Reservation and booking of incoming and outgoing guest
– Handiing and resolving GUEST queries and complaints
– Implementation and management of emergency procedures and planning
– Maintaining Rooms Division margins and standards
– Procurement knowledge to replenish and maintain stock levels
– HR knowledge to enforce staff discipline
– Daily, weekly and monthly feedback reports
