Job Title: Production Operator (23641)
OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
(State briefly why the job exists)
The job exists to provide sales and marketing expertise and support to both the business stream and the Region.
a)Executes process,plant and utility operation and monitoring associated with all field process conditions on the Production facility..
b)Operation includes all but is not limited to well head, process vessels, produced/injected water, utilities and support equipment.
c)He will be required to work under the direction of the Production Supervisor.
d) Also assists in non-routine field operations as required.
Ensure all routine sample analysis are done in a safe and efficient manner, under the general direction of and the control of the Production Supervisor. These include the following for example:-
– All Separator and vessel inlet/outlet fluid and gas analysis
– Produced water quality analysis and efficiency checks
– Seawater injection quality analysis and efficiency checks
– Sand production monitoring and measurement.
Conducts routine maintenance in accordance with the computerized maintenance system and controls the maintenance backlog as efficiently as practicable.
Applies accepted practices and standards in pursuit of all his analysis duties.
Demonstrates a full understanding of the Permit to Work System and isolation procedures.
Develops a level of understanding to maintain and operate those facilities directly under his control.
Maintains minimum spare store stock holding by re-ordering where deficiencies occur or are predicted.
Submits ideas or suggestions that may be of benefit to barge, in terms of safety, efficiency or reducing costs.
Undertakes Emergency Assignment duties as per advised.
Conducts non-routine activities or any platform duties as directed by the Production Supervisor or OIM.

Job Title: Production Field Superintendent (24362)
Overall Purpose of the Job:
Has overall statuary responsibility for maintaining the health, safety and welfare of all personnel on the Production facility including remote platforms and to uphold and maintain the integrity of the recognised Expro procedures. Supervises, under the general direction of the Production Operations Manager all activities involved in the production, processing and transportation of oil as operation leads.
Principal Accountabilities:
1. Responsible for the security of the installation, it’s remote platforms and it’s personnel.
2. Commands the installation during periods of danger or emergency and co-ordinates efforts to regain a stable, safe environment.
3. Co-ordinates production / maintenance / construction activities to ensure safe and efficient use of resources, and eliminate areas of conflict.
4. Ensures that all activities are conducted in a safe manner and in compliance with Company policy, procedures and regulatory demands.
5. Ensures through his team that production output is maximised and equipment downtime minimised without compromising safety.
6. Demonstrates a full understanding and awareness of his function and responsibilities in the case of an emergency.
7. Works in close co-operation with his counterpart on the opposite shift, to provide continuity and consistency in the direction of daily routines.
8. Approves all work prior to action, taking into consideration the necessity, safety, priority and costs involved.
9. Advises the Production Operations Manager on the job performances of subordinates and provides appropriate recommendations.
10. Promotes and maintains a high standard of housekeeping and safety awareness.
11. Motivates all subordinates by example.
12. Liaises with onshore engineering and support services.
13. Liaises with Legislative and Regulatory Authorities to ensure certification (etc) is current.
14. Liaises with the client’s Production Superintendent to ensure production figures are met, whilst taking into account production issues.

To supervise, efficiently and safely, all aspects of Expro’s services to the customer, including production operations, maintenance upkeep of preventative maintenance to Expro equipment, production reporting, timely scheduling of spares chemicals and associated materials to maintain maximum process uptime.
Principal Accountabilities:
1. Ensure all necessary resources are available in a timely manner to safely and efficiently provide services to the client with necessary liaison with OIM.
2. Liaise with senior operational staff to ensure that the jobs are performed safely, with the correct equipment and as per procedure and planning.
3. Maintain contact with the relevant staff during the job to ensure no shortfalls or lack of procedure.
4. Liase closely with the OIM on operational issues effecting profitability, safety and overall Expro performance.
5. Ensure adherence by all Expro personnel to country QHSE policies, showing particular regard to specific, customer and regulatory requirements.
6. Ensure that equipment is available and fit for use at all times by co-ordinating the base maintenance programme.
7. Interpret client’s work programme and instruct crews to carry out the specific programme correctly and competently.
8. Advise client on potential equipment limitations with respect to the requirements of the Work programme. Organise and attend internal post job meetings
9. Ensure that all operational and QHSE reports relevant to operations are completed in a timely manner and forwarded to management accordingly.
10. Ensure that all relevant paperwork is approved and available to allow prompt end of month invoicing to the client.
11. Liase with base personnel on required equipment repair & maintenance as per job equipment status reports.

To maintain, efficiently and safely, all Electrical equipment and control systems, maintenance upkeep and preventative maintenance to Floating Production Facility equipment (EPS), recording of daily activities, maintain electronic preventative & breakdown records system, maintain maximum process uptime and optimum performance. Assisting with other operations when requirements dictate.
Principal Accountabilities:
1.Ensure all aspects of work on electrical equipment and control systems relating to EPS operations are carried out in a safe and timely manner.
2.Monitor all equipment operating parameters, recording daily activities and changes to ensure correct performance.
3.Liaise with Production Supervisor to ensure that repairs & maintenance are performed safely, timely and to company required standards.
4.Maintain contact with the relevant operators during all tasks to ensure no shortfalls or lack of procedure.
5.Ensure safe operation and maintenance to all EPS electrical equipment.
6.Be conversant with and promote company QA, QHSE systems.
7.Ensure that equipment is available and fit for use with maximum availability by effective reporting through the PMS.
8.Interpret Production Supervisors work programme and carry out the specific programme correctly and competently.
